The GEMAC reserves the right to refuse the exchange service in individual cases. The prices are subject to change without notice or publication.
The service fee for unjustified complaints is 60.00 € plus VAT.
For customers, rejected service offers are offered with a flat rate of 130.00 € plus VAT and calculated shipping costs. In the event of scrapping, the flat rate falls plus VAT.

ExchangedIn principle, assemblies become the property of GEMAC. A publicationAt an extra cost is not possible.
On theGEMAC provides replacement service with a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of6 months to the replaced(n) assembly(n) /Component(n).
